At the hotel, renovations are currently in progress, leading to the temporary closure of the main entrance. I commend the hotel's commitment to enhancing its interior aesthetics. The meticulous attention given to refreshing the ambiance is truly noteworthy. Despite the ongoing renovations, my experience in the hotel was quite delightful. The room, in particular, stood out with its pristine cleanliness and a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. The thoughtful design elements contributed to a comfortable stay, creating a haven of tranquility amidst the renovation activities. It's evident that the hotel strives not only for functional improvements but also for maintaining a high standard of guest comfort. Moreover, the staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy throughout, ensuring that guests were inconvenienced as little as possible during this period of transformation. Overall, the positive aspects of my stay, from the dedication to interior updates to the warm ambiance of the room, overshadowed the temporary disruptions caused by the ongoing renovations.

Good location to downtown. This hotel did not meet my expectations. The room was plain and bathroom well worn. The room did not have a couch as previously quoted to me. The shower caddy held shampoo, cream rinse, body wash I assumed, however, you could not tell which one it was as the print was too small. Parking and breakfast are extra. The hotel is under construction which I was not made aware off at time of booking. Since I stayed more then one night my room was not made up nor clean towel given. The room rate went up an extra $50 a night from my original quote to calling them back to confirm after checking with the party I was travelling with. When I opened the curtains I was facing a large vehicle directly in front of me. Water is expensive to buy at the hotel. No water was given upon check in to members. The service met the basic requirements but that's all. I would not stay again.

We stayed here for just two nights for a conference my husband was attending. The hotel is under renovation so be aware. I have no complaints but it was just a generic plain vanilla hotel room. Comfortable bed, clean room, great location and staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are nothing fancy though. Just the basics. Lots of restaurants within one mile. Would stay here again if I just needed a night or two.

Basic standard hotel. Nothing special. Nothing fancy. Staff were friendly. Good location close to downtown is the only attraction with this hotel. There was construction going on, blocking the front entrance so a makeshift entrance was setup on the side. This was not mentioned at time of booking. Daily parking fee to park in their open, non-gated lot which is ridiculous. It’s not Four Seasons for sure. We requested a late checkout for 2:00pm. Returned at 1:30pm and found our key was no longer working. Locked out of the building. Had to walk around to the other side of the building through their construction zones to reset the key. No apology from front desk staff. Just a meh hotel experience here.

The hotel’s location is great walking distance to downtown Palmsprings. The hotel is being renovated- just the building so I am sure it will be very nice once construction is completed. Staff were all friendly and helpful staff. We walked around the area and it was very pleasant.

Stayed 3 nights and 4 days. (Day 1)was great. (Day 2) woke up due to a construction worker 🔨 at 730 am. (Day 3)Woke up due to the early morning "crows cawing" and "music bumping" at 330am till 445am. "Someone got their Xmas 🎁 early." But I couldn't go back to sleep afterward. So, I decided to write this review since I was lying in bed. Well, I'll be looking forward to our hike later. We'll enjoy our last few hours here in P.S. with the beautiful 🌞 and majestic views!
